• Personal Information Provided by You: We collect email addresses, names, and passwords (or Google Authentication details).
• Payment Information: We use Creem as our Merchant of Record. All payment data is handled securely by Creem. We do not store your full payment-card details on our servers.
• Uploaded Content: Any PDFs, documents, or notes you upload to generate courses are processed securely. We do not use your private study materials to train public AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our website for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To manage user accounts and provide our AI course generation services.
• To send administrative information to you regarding your account.
• To fulfill and manage your orders and payments through Creem.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared?

We only share information with the following third parties:

• Creem: For payment processing and Merchant of Record services.
• OpenAI / AI Providers: Your inputs (prompts, uploaded notes) are sent to our AI providers to generate the courses. We use enterprise APIs which do not use your data to train their base models.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
