Terms of Service

Welcome to AnyLearn. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and AnyLearn, concerning your access to and use of the anylearn.io website as well as any other media form related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

1. Use of the Service

AnyLearn provides an AI-powered course generation platform. By using the service, you agree that:

• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not upload copyrighted materials, highly sensitive personal data, or illicit content for course generation.
• Your account is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

2. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AnyLearn. Courses generated by the AI based on your inputs are provided for your personal learning. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any source material (such as PDFs or documents) to the platform.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid AnyLearn plans are monthly subscriptions sold and billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, calculates applicable taxes, issues receipts, and may display the final charge in a supported local currency. By subscribing, you also agree to the terms presented during Paddle checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until it is canceled. You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method on file on each billing date. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited while the subscription is past due.

You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: no further renewal is charged, and your current plan and remaining subscription credits stay available until that date.

4. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Paddle calculates and charges the prorated price difference for the time remaining in the billing period, and AnyLearn adds the corresponding prorated credit difference after Paddle confirms payment.

Downgrades take effect on the next billing date. Until then, your current paid plan and remaining subscription credits stay available. On successful renewal, the lower plan price and its monthly credit allowance apply.

5. Credits

Subscription credits are a monthly usage allowance, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Unused subscription credits do not roll over: they expire when the subscription ends and are replaced by the applicable plan allowance after each successful renewal. Free, earned, referral, or manually granted permanent credits are kept separately and are not removed merely because a subscription ends.

We may change plan pricing, plan allowances, or the credit cost of features. Changes to an existing recurring charge will be communicated and applied as required by applicable law and Paddle's processes.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate educational content, AI-generated courses may contain errors or hallucinations. AnyLearn does not warrant that the information provided is entirely accurate, complete, or perfectly suited for official academic or professional accreditation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
