Terms of Service

AnyLearn is operated by Md. Musfiqur Rahman, an individual sole trader based in Bangladesh, trading as AnyLearn ("AnyLearn," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Md. Musfiqur Rahman trading as AnyLearn, concerning your access to and use of the anylearn.io website and related services.

1. Use of the Service

AnyLearn provides an AI-powered course generation platform. By using the service, you agree that:

• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not upload copyrighted materials, highly sensitive personal data, or illicit content for course generation.
• Your account is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
• You will not request, generate, upload, or share NSFW, sexually explicit or suggestive, violent, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content, including AI-generated illustrations.

You must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which explains these restrictions in detail. We may remove violating content or restrict accounts that misuse the service.

2. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AnyLearn. Courses generated by the AI based on your inputs are provided for your personal learning. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any source material (such as PDFs or documents) to the platform.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid AnyLearn plans are monthly subscriptions sold and billed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem processes your payment, calculates applicable taxes, issues receipts, and may display the final charge in a supported local currency. By subscribing, you also agree to the terms presented during Creem checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until it is canceled. You authorize Creem to charge the payment method on file on each billing date. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited while the subscription is unpaid.

You may cancel from AnyLearn's Membership & billing section, which opens the Creem customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: no further renewal is charged, and your current plan and remaining subscription credits stay available until that date.

4. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Creem calculates and charges the prorated price difference for the time remaining in the billing period, and AnyLearn adds the corresponding prorated credit difference after Creem confirms payment.

Downgrades take effect on the next billing date. Until then, your current paid plan and remaining subscription credits stay available. On successful renewal, the lower plan price and its monthly credit allowance apply.

5. Credits

Subscription credits are a monthly usage allowance, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Unused subscription credits do not roll over: they expire when the subscription ends and are replaced by the applicable plan allowance after each successful renewal. Free, earned, referral, or manually granted permanent credits are kept separately and are not removed merely because a subscription ends.

We may change plan pricing, plan allowances, or the credit cost of features. Changes to an existing recurring charge will be communicated and applied as required by applicable law and Creem's processes.

6. Community Course Library

AnyLearn's community course library is a free learning feature, not a marketplace. Users cannot sell courses, set prices, accept payments from other users, receive commissions or cash payouts, or transfer or redeem credits. A paid subscription purchases access only to AnyLearn's hosted educational software and its usage allowance.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate educational content, AI-generated courses may contain errors or hallucinations. AnyLearn does not warrant that the information provided is entirely accurate, complete, or perfectly suited for official academic or professional accreditation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
