Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AnyLearn. We want you to be fully satisfied with our AI course generation platform. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. New and Renewal Charges

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a new subscription or renewal charge if none of the subscription credits from that billing period have been used. Eligibility is subject to applicable law and Paddle's refund process.

2. Used Subscription Credits

AI generation creates immediate underlying costs. Except where required by law, a charge is not eligible for a full refund once credits from that billing period have been used. If Paddle approves a partial refund, AnyLearn may remove the proportional unused subscription credits associated with that refund.

3. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellation

An upgrade may create an immediate prorated charge and prorated credits. The upgrade charge follows the same eligibility rule: it may be refunded only when allowed by law or when the related prorated credits have not been used and Paddle approves the request.

A downgrade creates no immediate charge or refund; it applies at the next billing date. Canceling stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Your plan and remaining subscription credits continue until cancellation takes effect.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email anylearnai@gmail.com from your AnyLearn account email and include the Paddle order or transaction number shown on your receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle and your financial institution control the final processing time, which may take 5-10 business days after approval.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a payment, contact our support team first so we can investigate. A chargeback or payment dispute may cause the associated subscription and credits to be suspended or reversed while the dispute is resolved.
